Image Removal policy & copyright
TitoMedia respects the copyright & intellectual property rights of others and we ask that our users do the same. TitoMedia has no obligation to accept any image requests concerning the removal or altering of images unless requested by the owner of copyright, intellectual property rights or required by law. TitoMedia has established a policy for receiving and processing notifications of infringement in accordance with the applicable laws and/or TitoMedia policies.
You are required to submit written correspondence sufficient to constitute an effective Notification of Infringement ("NOI") as required by TitoMedia policy. The elements required for an effective NOI, and the contact information for submitting a NOI to TitoMedia, are included below.
If you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and you would like to submit a NOI in response to this email, please include the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of the location where the material that you claim is infringing is located;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf;
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- Your physical signature;
- Clear copy of formal photo identification.
Submissions made by email or telephone will not be accepted or receive response. Submissions must be made in writing and faxed to:
